I am a self-taught woodturner and most of my work is decorative. There is no complex philosophy attached to what I do. Mounting a log on the lathe is always a voyage of discovery. Some of those conceptions are more significant than others. I just try to produce an uninterrupted form and shape that satisfies my need to be creative.
We work in the dark.
We do what we can.
We give what we have.
Our doubt is our passion.
Our passion is our task.
THE REST OF THE
MADNESS IS ART
